This fantastic cookbook is a compilation of previous recipes from the Bradenton, Florida Entres Nous Club, plus an additional 700+ recipes. It also provides a history of our growing community by spotlighting Entres Nous’ 75 years of entertaining and service….” The cookbook is compact and thick; it is a metal ring binder with a puffy floral cover, designed by revered local artist Herbie Rose. It measures approximately 9 1/4 inches in height, 7 3/4 inches in width, and is 2 5/8 inches thick. It has card stock dividers with tabs that make it really easy to use. It is worth mentioning that, in addition to the club members’ families and friends, favorite recipes for this wonderful were contributed by Florida Food Fare, The Sunshine Sampler, and Celebrity Chefs. Bradenton is located on Florida’s Gulf Coast, about 50 miles south of Tampa, so the seafood and citrus recipes are especially enticing. The cookbook is in excellent condition – like new. The front and back covers are glossy with no wear. The ring binder is tight, all pages are attached – none are loose. The pages are clean – no spots, stains, creases, tears, or printing.
